Susan Thomas

Susan Thomas is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. She's kind & listens to her buyers needs, and is extremely trustworthy. Most importantly, she's extremely organized and is constantly on top of the escrow process. She kept my spouse and I completely informed throughout that process. I would highly recommend her to represent you as a home buyer.

Working with Susan was a great experience all around. She is poised, professional, and personable. Since we weren't local, she dealt with our tight schedules, packed as many showings in as possible, sometimes with little notice, all the while being sensitive to our needs. When we may have seemed to fall off the radar, she emailed listings we might take interest in but we never felt rushed or pressured. Susan Thomas was such a valuable asset for us to sell our condo in Palm Springs. She has a positive and professional demeanor and used outstanding communication and negotiating skills. Susan was highly organized and well prepared to discuss the competitive market and selling strategy of our home. Susan kept us updated with each stage of the process, from listing the condo to closing escrow. Susan held an open house every weekend until it was sold and gave us visitor feedback from each person that looked at the condo. I have no hesitation in recommending Susan Thomas to represent a seller or buyer in any real estate transaction!
